Coming into the task of having to fix and refix the work of a previous contractor has been an enormous job. Your crew has tackled this huge task with only professionalism. From the get-go you knew how much we had already sunk into the apartment, and you agreed to fix it with prices that were very fair and reasonable.

Each step of the way, you looked out for us, the clients, to fix the place without spending maximum dollars. You are very easy going which makes the clients feel at ease. You are willing to listen to what we want and then give helpful suggestions to complete the job rather then doing it your way. You have been helpful in securing materials needed for the project. You and your staff have also interacted quite positively with the subcontractors you have called upon to get the job completed. All of the work has been done to high professional standards.

It's hard to believe that in less than a month, you have successfully and beautifully completed the apartment. Yes, since you have done such a great job, we have another apartment for you to tackle from start to finish! We know it too will be another success!

Phil Cucci of All Florida Remodeling Group was the contractor who handled the finishing work at our newly built condo. Following a devastating fire in our home in 2006, we turned to Phil to manage a very complex demolition and reconstruction project. There were many complications including, remediation of heavy smoke damage, a very difficult City permitting process and extended insurance settlement headaches that spanned over two years. Phil and his capable team of high-quality subcontractors rebuilt our 8,000 sq foot home in under 14 months with precision and an eye on quality seldom seen in South Florida construction. Phil regularly assisted my wife and I on decisions including design, architectural improvements and solutions to vexing problems always inherent in a project this size. Because of his decades of experience as a custom home builder, we avoided costly mistakes that would have taken away from the overall design. Our home has been restored to an even greater standard than planned, on budget, on-time, despite a turbulent economy and challenging supplier conditions.
